future-proof working culture at GO!

Particularly important at GO! - a safe working environment.

Our community is the root and the future of our success. We fulfill every task with great commitment and passion. In our work culture, we act honestly, thoughtfully and responsibly. We can always rely on each other.

Our aim as a company is to create secure jobs for our employees, drivers and couriers.

We take care of our employees.

Our daily tasks demand a lot from us. It’s good to be able to utilize all the skills and extensive knowledge of our employees. It is therefore important to us that everyone feels equally valued.

  • There is definitely a desire for long-term cooperation, because we also like to think in terms of generations.
  • Without question, we are doing everything we can to reconcile family and career.
  • Naturally, all our workstations meet the latest requirements.
  • Of course, flat hierarchies, short coordination channels and a high level of personal responsibility determine everyday working life.
  • There is no doubt that the daily work is extremely varied and challenging.
  • Our employees receive comprehensive development and training opportunities that support them personally and professionally. The extensive range of training courses is always geared towards optimum service, but also towards the safety of employees, couriers, consignors, recipients and the contents of consignments during transportation (GDP, hazardous goods, etc.).
  • We invest in the health of our employees without fail.
  • The integrated quality management system to continuously improve our cooperation.
  • Above all, we undeniably ensure respectful cooperation.

With this attitude, we invest in our employees, drivers and couriers, because they are our corporate DNA and contribute to our quality leadership in the CEP market.
